At other places, the director consultation was often brief while the director led the consultation, but I liked that the doctor explained things in great detail. It was also nice that I could see the 3D virtual surgery. In the end I had the surgery somewhere else, but this was the place I kept deliberating about until the end. It seems like they do a good job of matching patient needs.
