The clinic facilities were clean. Even though it was a private clinic, there were tons of people and it felt like a factory. The waiting was ridiculously long. It felt like they just stuck me in the consultation room and made me wait for an hour. And I don’t know if they were surgery staff or not, but nurses wearing surgical caps and masks were walking around the lobby, so from the waiting stage onward the image already felt pretty bad. So I deducted two stars for the clinic facilities. While waiting, I went into the consultation thinking I’d just get an ultrasound and a virtual simulation here and leave, but the consultation was better than expected.
