After my eye correction surgery, I received a call a few months later saying the hospital had disappeared. At the time, it hadn't been long since my eye surgery, and the nurse said that eye pulling and foreign-body sensation were normal, so I worked hard on swelling care. In the end, it's been almost 4 years since the surgery, and I have sausage eyes, completely uneven symmetry, a very obvious incision line, a thick scar when I close my eyes, and a deeply pinched line. I also developed lagophthalmos, where my eyes don't close properly. There's also eye pulling, and on top of that I get headaches. Also, when I smile, wrinkles gather all around the outer corners of my eyes. This was something I didn't have before the double-eyelid surgery. I was shocked enough by how I look when I smile. Overall my eyes have a sausage-like look, but one eye is pinched a bit more and has an awkward double eyelid fold. This surgery gave me sausage eyes and side effects as a bonus. The worst, seriously.
