First of all, when I visited, the people at the front desk were very stiff and not friendly at all.. The consultation was just basic, and the staff member who did the procedure did it more or less fine, but it felt a bit factory-like, so I wish the explanation and procedure had been carried out in a way that felt more detailed and caring.
