The only place that recommended buried suture technique.. They said incisional surgery + eye correction surgery wouldn't have much merit. They also advised against doing only a medial canthoplasty on one side.. basically told me to just live with it.. so I was a bit unhappy... One Mongolian fold is still left on one side, and at 7 other hospitals they recommended slightly opening only one side.. that's also the part I'm most unhappy about, so I'm upset that they were against medial canthoplasty. I wonder how much improvement I'd really get with buried sutures.
