Overall, I'm satisfied. The doctor was young and seemed to specialize in gynecomastia. Personally, I'm thin and have a sunken chest, so it makes me look even more like I have gynecomastia, and he caught that at first glance during the consultation, so I decided to go here (other hospitals didn't catch it). The doctor is the type to remove only what's necessary, not overdo it. At first I asked him to take out as much as possible, but he said leaving the upper part would look more natural. In the end, leaving the upper part made it look more natural thanks to the inner muscle, so I'm satisfied. It came out exactly as he explained during the consultation, and thanks to that I'm able to wear clothes freely. I'm satisfied even when I take my shirt off. It's been over 6 months now, and the scar is a faint horizontal incision mark on the lower part. It doesn't bother me that much. (Someone who doesn't know would probably not notice it, but someone who knows roughly about this surgery could tell that it's a scar.) I asked a lot about the parts I was worried about before and after surgery, and they explained everything well.
