I'm not really sure about the cause, but they were kind and straightforward. I don't know the cost because they didn't recommend a revision surgery, but they said I definitely had to get it done, so I just put in a random amount, please don't mind that. The desk staff were very kind. Even though it was hard to identify the cause, the doctor was very kind.
