I did the toning because it was recommended, but it didn't improve anything compared to before. Near the end of the 10 sessions, they recommended some kind of injection to reduce pigment. Since the toning I'd already done had poor results, I didn't trust it and didn't get any whitening procedures afterward.. Still, the doctors were kind overall, but there were some front-desk staff who were rude.
