A few months ago I went for a consultation about double chin surgery (neck muscle tightening + liposuction). The doctor told me that my chin doesn't have much fat and the chin muscle isn't really sagging, so there was no reason to go through the trouble of making a scar under my chin just to do the surgery. They were against the surgery, so I didn't get a price explanation, I made up the price myself~
