It seems like the doctor has a preferred double eyelid line. They mostly do in-out lines, and in Pohang they're still a pretty well-known plastic surgery clinic. I think it's a good option for people with strong eye-opening strength, people who like in-out lines, and people from Pohang who want to go somewhere close to home.
