I went in for a consultation about eye surgery, and both the manager and the director were kind and told me everything I wanted to know. The director explained things in detail, so I feel like they're trustworthy. I liked that they didn't recommend unnecessary ptosis correction either! It seemed like they were aiming for a natural look.
