I went in early November 2019 to get Botox for my alar area. I called ahead before going, but I remember the waiting time was still quite long. After waiting like that, Director Jang Jo-won came into the procedure room and put Botox into both sides of my alar area in one minute before leaving. It was my first procedure, so I don't really know, but is it normal for alar Botox for the director to just come in without any explanation, stick in the needle, and leave right away?? I'm really asking because I genuinely don't know. Anyway, since alar Botox is usually said to have almost no side effects, it was fine. I think the effect lasted about 4 months. (For reference, alar Botox doesn't reduce the alar area as much as surgery does; it makes it only a little smaller.)
