I heard it’s better to look into procedures carefully before deciding, so I organized a few places not too far from home and went around for consultations. By my personal standards, the atmosphere here was not burdensome, and from the staff to the director, everyone was fairly kind, which left a good impression. Also, I don’t know if it was just the time I went for consultation, but there were people waiting, yet it moved quickly without endless waiting, which made it stand out the most, so I’m watching it closely.
