I haven't been to many other clinics, so I can't say for sure, but they didn't feel especially warm. Once you go in, you go straight into a room with the doctor, and after they look at your eyes carefully, they say something like, "Hmm, your eyes are like this and that right now, so we can do it like this. Anything else you're curious about?" It was a bit of a cool vibe. But the line they designed for me was really exactly my taste,,
