I had nose surgery. During the consultation, they emphasized being neat and clean. They do seem neat and clean. But I wanted to have the surgery with ear cartilage, and they opened my nose and did it with the septum instead. I really did not want it done with the septum. And I said I wanted it to look natural, but they said natural means the starting point between the brows should usually be around the middle of the pupils, and they really just made it as high as a double eyelid line, so I ended up with a nose that didn’t suit me at all. I wanted ear cartilage because I thought I might need revision later if this happened, but Even so, it’s been 9 months and there are no side effects, so I’m living with it..
