I had nose surgery here, but the tip became way too pointy and my nostrils became even more uneven. They said they'd do a revision, but I was too scared to have my nose operated on multiple times... I just lived like that, and now it's been about 6 years, and the cartilage is showing through, so I'm thinking of having everything removed.
