I got a consultation because of pitted acne scars and had Potenza. The skin did fill in a bit more than before, but it was not dramatic, and even though I put anesthetic cream on thickly, it hurt a lot. It was completely a factory-style place, so I did not even know who performed the procedure on me. They kept saying it was the same doctor, but I do not know who it was. Before each treatment they took a skin photo, and after all the sessions were over I received a doctor consultation. I did not particularly want a consultation, so I did not meet the doctor. At first it was done in the laser room, but later they brought the machine over to the skin-care area and did it there.
