I made the reservation and had surgery right after the consultation. The first consultation was with the manager, and I consulted with the doctor on the day of surgery. In any case, everyone spoke kindly, so I felt comfortable, and they did not recommend any surgery other than what was necessary, so it didn't feel burdensome. However, because the manager's opinion and the doctor's opinion were different, it took a long time to decide on the surgery. There was also an atmosphere of pressure to make a surgery reservation. Still, they do the surgery exactly as requested.
