I only had a consultation when I was in 12th grade, but they only recommended what I needed and were kind. They carefully shaped the line, and I asked about my nose because I wanted to do my nose too, but they told me not to do it (probably because I was still a minor, not because it was pretty). They seem to like natural results. All of my friends who had it done there look natural.
