I got nostril filler from a female doctor and I'm satisfied. However, a nose that's naturally upturned or one where the nostrils show is difficult to improve in the first place, and because the amount of filler has to be inserted conservatively, the result is not dramatic enough for others to notice. If you just want even a little improvement so that your nostrils are less visible, the price and result are reasonable.
