If you make a reservation and go, you can use the place without waiting too long. But on weekends there seems to be a bit of a wait. The facility doesn’t feel especially spacious or super clean, and it seems like a place that’s good for only the procedures you actually need at good value for money. It’s near the station, so accessibility is good.
