I had Misko done here about 3 times, and then had Skyko done next. I was very satisfied with Skyko, but as a year passed, the bridge of my nose was still fine, but the tip started to feel like it was dropping. I guess it's similar for people who have had nose surgery. My nose line is natural enough that 5 out of 10 people ask whether I had surgery, but these days I'm considering surgery because the tip has been dropping a little.. I am satisfied that I can do the pig-nose shape.
