I visited for a consultation about alar reduction, and I remember the manager being cheerful and kind. But there was definitely a feeling that they were taking the surgery a little lightly, saying things like I would definitely be satisfied on day 1 and could just go ahead and do it on the day. Of course, alar reduction is not some huge operation, but that made them seem a little insincere, which lowered my trust. During the consultation with the doctor, we talked about what to do if I were to do overall rhinoplasty, and that part was explained in detail, so it was useful.
