First of all, the price is way too expensive, and for something like the nose, there isn't a dramatic effect compared to the cost. But the cheeks definitely showed a lot of improvement. However, rather than making the pores themselves disappear or get smaller, it feels more like the depth of the holes becomes smoother. If you expect the pores to be completely gone, you will be disappointed.
