Like other reviews said, at first I was doubtful about the doctor's consultation and kindness. My pores were really my biggest lifelong concern, and the consultation ended with: it will get better with treatment. The decision is up to the patient. That was it. I came for treatment anyway, so I didn't have high expectations of the doctor, so it didn't matter. The result was completely satisfying. I've been going for over 3 years now, and I just think of the doctor's tone as a bit tsundere and therefore kind of cynical... But if you talk with them a bit, you can tell they're a total laser nerd who is serious about skin treatment... Honestly, it's way too expensive for a salaried worker to keep coming here, but since I started going to Elsa, I quit all the generic factory-style clinics, other dermatology clinics, and maintenance treatments, and now I come once every two or three months and keep investing in it like it's a savings plan... (Though I'm kind of scared the treatment prices will go up even more in the future ^_ lolololol)
