It felt professional, the atmosphere was good, the staff were fairly kind, they treated me sincerely, and the service was good and everything seemed fine, but there was absolutely no effect. It has gotten better now that more time has passed, but they kept brainwashing me into thinking it was working even though there was no effect at all...
