I had buried sutures 7 years ago. First of all, if you have good aesthetic sense and like a natural look, I recommend it. No one can tell, and I often hear that my eyes are pretty. Now, 7 years later, one of my eyes has partially come undone lol.. There was no asymmetry or any thread popping out, and overall I'm satisfied.
