I was scared to have surgery, so while I was looking around, I found out about surgery that injects fat into the nose. But I thought the fat would only be put in the bridge, and after the surgery I saw that it had also gone into the alar area, so since my nose was already a bulbous nose, it ended up looking even bigger.. I should have just used that money for surgery.. I regret it. They say the fat in the alar area can't even be removed.
