The hospital building is old and the waiting room is way too cramped. There's just one folding chair there. At the first consultation, they pushed extra procedures way too hard. Even during the procedure, they wouldn't say how many shots they were giving and just seemed to fire them off carelessly. On the last session they did give a service shot, but they didn't even explain what it was. You can't really tell if the effect is good unless you keep going regularly. During aftercare, when they did the cooling massage, they didn't even ask where on the face there was filler or an implant, or which areas needed caution, and just went ahead, which was really uncomfortable.
