They are very firm. They say no when something can't be done. What made me think they give an accurate diagnosis of the eyes is that after checking my whole face, they clearly told me that because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, realistically this is as far as it can go. I brought a photo I wanted, and by comparing it side by side with my eyes, they honestly said that eye is impossible, which I liked, but the double eyelid they showed me as a realistic possibility wasn't my style, so I'm still torn.
