As you'd expect from a mass-production-style clinic, when you first go in you make an appointment for treatment and then consult with the desk staff. The main thing is an explanation of the botox types, but they were still kind and answered all my questions. However, I didn't get to see the doctor's face, and I went straight into waiting for the procedure. Right before the injection, I said I wanted it under the chin, so they did it that way~ I got domestic Coretox.
