It's a one-doctor clinic, and the reviews were good and it didn't seem commercial, so I chose it, but now I'm looking into revision surgery. The cost also seemed expensive. My eye correction was only partly done on one side, and the eyelid fold height is different when my eyes are closed. From the first consultation, as other reviews mentioned, there was a strangely unfriendly feeling, but I regret that I brushed it off thinking skill mattered most. When I came in for swelling laser treatment, I thought they'd check the progress, but they didn't; they just do the laser in a perfunctory way. I got an aftercare consultation, and they said if I choose the surgical method, either non-incisional or incisional, they would do it. There was no clear explanation of what would improve in what way, and I felt that they were annoyed at giving decision-making power to a patient who doesn't even know the pros and cons of the surgical methods, so I'm looking into other clinics. There are often reviews saying people ended up with asymmetry after surgery here, and before my surgery I didn't even draw the line. I originally thought they would do a good job on their own because they said they could only make a thin line, but I didn't know the two sides would end up looking this different.
