The director understood what I wanted right away from just a little bit of explanation. I went in thinking I would lower the line, but he said it would be better to raise it, which was unexpected. And he honestly told me that he couldn't remove all of the scars, only reduce them by about half, and he said swelling, bruising, and scars are the most important things, so I should come with plenty of time for the surgery, which was kind of tempting.
