I visited because there was a jaw Botox event, and the facilities are fairly clean. Maybe because they often have many events, there were quite a few people, but since I made a reservation, they took care of me right away without any waiting! They weren't particularly rude, and the politeness was formal, but it was fine. I'm satisfied for the price.
