He seriously looked at my eyelid line and also shared his opinion on what would suit me. There were quite a few patients waiting for surgery and waiting for consultation. However, the fact that they only do surgery by full incision and that they say an incision scar will naturally remain after surgery was the only place that charged a 5,000 won consultation fee (I hadn’t been told in advance, and they told me to pay on the day, so I was caught off guard). The manager seemed to want to reduce risk, and said that since I had surgery, it’s natural that there would be visible signs, and showed me sample post-op reviews while speaking honestly, but the consultation felt too honest? For things that might become side effects, bringing them up unnecessarily made it feel like they were laying the groundwork like insurance in case something goes wrong later. The doctor himself felt sincere and trustworthy, but after looking at other people’s reviews, I’m a little torn.
