Haha, without saying anything, they had it set up to use the septum but they stuffed in Medpor, which eventually pierced the mucous membrane and now I'm about to have it removed at another hospital^^.. My sensation has dropped, they raised the bridge with silicone from between the eyebrows so my nose looks longer, there is a lot of scar tissue, and I also developed inflammation. Nasal indentation, tip deformity, Medpor extrusion, silicone showing through... sigh.
