Aside from the facts that the hospital building isn't very big and there is no elevator, and that there is a washing machine in the restroom, everything else seems good? The interior is very clean. Looking at my nose, they wrote on the consultation sheet that I didn't absolutely need surgery and should just live with it, so this seems like a place that doesn't make nose surgery look obvious. You need to go to a conservative plastic surgery clinic if you want even a rough idea of the result of what you're trying to do now, and in that sense this hospital seems fine.
