I got Ulthera during the big craze for it, and it did work, but I naturally didn't have much facial fat to begin with, so the cheek fat I didn't have already got pulled in tightly and I ended up looking skeletal.. It wasn't really the hospital's fault; maybe I just shouldn't have done it and forced myself to get it.
