It's a factory-style place and the consultation is only with the consultation manager. When I asked questions during the consultation, they seemed bothered, so I felt they were unfriendly... I went there for freckle treatment and was recommended the Veloce laser, which I had done. It doesn't work. It had zero effect, so I feel like I wasted my money
