I went to this hospital to book a consultation because of ptosis and uneven eyes. The consultation manager explained things well like an older sister, and the doctor smiled and answered well even when I said odd things. He even politely said goodbye to me as I left, so I trusted them and went ahead. It was my first surgery, so I was really nervous, and I had the operation, but strangely only the right eye took a long time. As I watched the progress, the line on the right eye was gradually getting bent. While they were using a machine or something that helps with quick treatment of the surgical progress and eye wounds, I told the doctor that the line on the right eye seemed much more bent than the left, and he went out in a huff. I was shocked, realizing that things can be completely different before and after surgery. As more time passed, the right eye line looked even sharper and turned into a more fierce-looking eye, and the front canthoplasty made the lacrimal caruncle very visible. Honestly, my eyes before surgery were better. So when I had my second consultation with the doctor, he said there was nothing more he could do and that it could be solved if I got Botox in my forehead. If I had known that would be the case, I wouldn't have had the surgery here in the first place. When I asked if I could leave a review, he got scared and said that after 6 months he would cut the upper skin part of the right eye. My trust in this hospital was completely over, and rather than getting revision surgery here, it's better to go to another hospital and get it done. I do not recommend this hospital.
