It feels like this hospital's nurse forgets everything. Even from the moment you make a reservation, they're rude. I honestly don't know why they're so angry; they shouldn't even be doing this job. The doctor is kind... and seems professional. Please change the nurse. If the hospital score is 10 points, the nurse eats up 20 points. The worst.
