First, if you choose a specific director, there’s an extra 10 added to the list price, and if you request a consultation with the director, there’s a separate consultation fee, plus the wait time gets longer. At first the manager just keeps telling you to do this and that, and they recommend double-chin contour injections, cheek contour injections, and even under-eye filler and nasolabial fold filler that I had never even considered. I pushed hard that I wanted to consult with the director, and after waiting ridiculously long, the director came in. The director said not to do the cheeks that the manager had recommended before, and said they would worsen hollow cheeks. If I had only gone with the manager’s consultation and done it, what would have happened? lol
