I had a procedure done by the female director. She was very kind and treated me in a very friendly way. She kept talking to me throughout the procedure, checked whether it hurt or not, and carefully handled the design, including which areas I wanted more of. However, maybe because I got the version without steroids, I barely saw any effect. The titanium treatment was also not that great. It might be because I had high expectations since it's so famous... And the consultation manager was quite pushy about extra payments. I originally only wanted the under-eye injection, but they kept saying I had to do titanium together for it to work better ...
