The director was kind. Very gentle too. But I was uneasy that they didn't show many photos. And I didn't go through with it because they said surgery could be done as soon as tomorrow, and I could just pick whichever available day this week and tell them.... If the clinic were famous for doing good surgery, the schedule should have been packed, but it didn't seem like there were many patients. The person seemed really nice though
