First of all, the procedure room and laser room are on different floors, so it’s way too confusing to know where to go. Even with all that confusion, they’re still really unfriendly. When I got Botox, they didn’t apply numbing cream. It hurt like hell. The hair removal was nice because they checked carefully. I wouldn’t exactly say everyone feels kind, and I’m not really fond of them either, because every time I go I get irritated and exhausted thinking about how I keep getting confused about which floor to go to, and they don’t properly guide me. Just thinking about walking up the escalator on a hot day and gasping for breath makes me not want to go.
