I only consulted with the manager, and rather than talking about the procedure, they only suggested additional treatments or more sessions, so I canceled the procedure I was planning and only did hair removal. The event price was cheap and it's a factory-style clinic, so there were a lot of people, and even the front desk was rather unfriendly. For changing clothes, they did it on a treatment bed with only a curtain, and it was uncomfortable that they opened it without even checking whether anyone was there.
