Consulted with the director first. I liked that they said I could just do what I wanted and didn’t recommend any other procedures. Their warning that they proceed carefully made me trust them. They explained everything kindly while smiling. After the director’s consultation, I consulted with the manager, who explained things in a straightforward way. There was no pushy reservation pressure, and the price was reasonable, so I’m still thinking about it.
