The director is very kind and looks after you carefully. I also get Botox here, not just hair removal, and every time it hurts less, plus they explain things well, like which side of the jaw is more developed and where exactly they need to place how many shots, so I trust them. I think I go once every 6 months without fail. I had a consultation once at the beginning, but I don’t think it helped me much. The nurses are just okay too. But the director is really kind. I’ve also had a few other procedures here, and if you’re going mainly to see the director, I recommend it.
