I didn't have surgery, only procedures. You consult with the manager and pay, then meet the director. For InMode, they also applied numbing cream, so the pain was less. The director's voice was gentle, and you could feel how meticulous they were. When the machine grabbed the skin and let go, they lifted it up with a sort of pulling, lifting feeling.
