The director didn't feel especially friendly. She was soft-spoken, but it didn't feel like she looked at me in very much detail. The counseling manager was actually the one who was extremely kind. Unlike those manager types with a strong vibe and prominent foreheads that you often see, she had a friendly, neighborhood sort of feel, so I felt at ease. I think I talked more with the manager! This was the only clinic that took care of me the day after surgery, which I liked.
